Shipping costs are calculated based on the cumulative weights of the entire order.

In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name, address, or contact number ) any extra cost towards re-delivery shall be claimed by the user placing the order.

Shipment/delivery time, of the order processing, starts from the day of receipt of the payment confirmed against the order placed with Goomti. The shipment /delivery time is an approximate time mentioned by the vendor for each product. Goomti shall not be liable for any delay / non-delivery of purchased goods by flood, fire, wars, acts of God, or any cause that is beyond the control of Goomti

For the purpose of preventing any kind of delay or merchandise loss, the user must consent to provide accurate and correct information. Goomti reserves the right to at any moment verify and validate the data and other particulars supplied by the user. When such user information is verified, Goomti reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject the registration and prohibit the user from accessing the services offered at this website and/or other websites that are related, without providing the user with any previous notice.

Returns are only applicable on online purchases.

For online purchases, any product that has been hampered or damaged while transportation MUST be notified by email within 24 hours of the product being delivered and returned to our warehouse within a strict time period of one week, else Goomti will not be liable to accept the merchandise. In such cases, write to us at customercare@goomti.com. A representative from the goomti team will revert back at the earliest. We will investigate the damage from our end and repair or replace the merchandise in its entirety on the basis of the finding of the investigation.

This type of courier will be entirely paid for by the consumer. Only once the item has been repaired will Goomti cover the costs of the transaction.

Please be aware that damaged items that require repair must be couriered back to our warehouse at the expense of the purchaser. Only once the item has been repaired will Goomti cover the costs of the transaction.

Personalized/Customized products are not subject to return or exchange.

For Non-Personalized/Customized products, in case of a return, there is no refund given on the purchase amount, but you may exchange it for another product(s) of the same or higher value by paying the remainder. You may also opt for a credit* note that can be redeemed later for any future purchase on our website with a validity of 180 days from the date of purchase.

Order cancellations are not permitted once the goods has been shipped from our warehouse.

The purchase price is not refundable in the event of cancellation, but you may exchange it for another product(s) of equal or greater value by paying the balance. You can also choose to purchase a credit* note, which has a 180-day expiration date and can be used to pay for any future purchases you make on our website.

Note: Orders cannot be cancelled if there is a delivery delay brought on by unforeseen events while in transit. There will be no credit refund in the event of cancellation.

On this website, the Rupee is only mentioned in terms of Indian money (INR). Without prior notice, prices are subject to change at any time. Goomti Gifting Experiences Pvt Ltd. reserves the right to modify prices at any time. Prices for goods sold in retail establishments are only valid in India.

Due to popularity or short interruption of supply, some items may be unavailable or out of stock. Also at present, only a selection of our goods are available for online orders. We intend to extend this in future to a much wider range. It may be necessary to make changes to product specifications. We reserve the right to make these changes at any time and without notice.
