After spot cleaning, you can blot the planter gently to remove excess water and air dry it. You can also use a soft bristle brush to clean off dust.

In the event that your purchase does not meet your expectations, we have implemented a transparent and customer-friendly Return and Exchange Policy to ensure your satisfaction.
What is your return policy?
We're happy to accept returns of unused items in their original condition (undamaged, with tags attached) within 7 days of delivery for store credit only.
We do not offer refunds on orders due to the time and labour that goes into each product. Refunds are only processed for fulfilment errors, such as incorrectly shipped or missing items.
The credit note is valid for a year from the date of issue and can be redeemed online or at our stores. You can always return or exchange your order by following the below steps:
AT HOME COLLECTION (Within Kolkata)
You can request an at-home pick-up for your returns and exchanges by writing to customercare@goomti.com or by calling/whatsapp our customer care at +91 7890077999 or 7890330999 from Monday to Saturday, between 11:30 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. (IST). We’ll look into the issue and get back to you within 48 working hours. You'll be charged an amount of Rs 200 for pick-up which will be adjusted with the credit note provided to you
AT A GOOMTI STORE
You can return your items free of charge to any Goomti store.
Any amount incurred for shipping or gift wrap packaging, will be deducted from your credit note amount.
Any complaint that is reported after 15 days of delivery will not be accepted.

Can I make an exchange?
We offer size exchanges only (if applicable) for the same product, style, and color (if applicable) that you have purchased. In case your required size is not available, a credit note for the amount spent will be issued to you.
How do I return or exchange a gift?
In order to initiate a return or an exchange, we require the email ID that was used to make the purchase as well as the order number. If the gift is returned, then we issue a gift card to avoid reaching out to the original buyer.
When can I expect my credit note?
For all accepted returns, we will issue a credit note immediately after we receive the product from your end. The credit note is valid online and in our stores for a year, and can be redeemed against a purchase or exchange for another available size.
What is the return and exchange policy for sale items?
Any items purchased during the sale are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges. Unless you received them in a poor/broken/damaged condition, we will send you a replacement of the same product. In the event of non-availability of the product, we will issue you a credit note/refund.
What if I receive a damaged product?
Please do not accept a delivery if the packaging is not properly sealed or is damaged.

In case a product or products are missing from your order, you can call or whatsapp us at +91 7890077999 or +91 7890330999 or email us at customercare@goomti.com within 48 hours of receiving the products and we’ll get back to you within 24 hours.
Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. If the return is due to a defect or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.
