Shipping & Delivery

Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and delivery location of the order. The applicable shipping fee will be displayed at checkout prior to payment confirmation.

Orders are processed only upon successful receipt of payment. Delivery timelines indicated on the website are estimates and may vary depending on product availability, customization requirements, delivery location, and logistics conditions.

While Goomti endeavours to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, adverse weather, transportation disruptions, governmental restrictions, or other force majeure events. Goomti shall not be held liable for such delays.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details. Any additional costs arising due to incorrect or incomplete information (including re-delivery or storage charges) shall be borne by the customer.

Goomti reserves the right to verify customer information at any stage and may cancel orders or restrict services in cases of inaccurate, misleading, or incomplete information.

Returns, Replacements & Exchanges

2.1 Eligibility

Returns are applicable only for purchases made directly through the official Goomti website.

2.2 Damaged or Defective Products

In the unlikely event that a product is received damaged or defective:
The customer must notify Goomti within 24 hours of delivery via email at customercare@goomti.com
Clear images of the product and packaging must be shared as evidence.
The product must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Requests beyond this period may not be entertained.

Upon receipt, Goomti will assess the product and, at its sole discretion, determine whether the item will be repaired or replaced.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Goomti will bear the cost of re-shipping the repaired or replaced product.

2.3 Customized & Made-to-Order Products

All customized, personalized, or made-to-order products are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable, except in cases of proven manufacturing defects.

2.4 Non-Customized Products

For eligible non-customized products:
Exchanges may be requested for items of equal or higher value (price difference payable by the customer)
Alternatively, a store credit note may be issued

Store credits:
Are valid for 180 days from the date of issuance
Cannot be redeemed for cash

Refunds to the original payment method are generally not applicable, except under exceptional circumstances at Goomti's sole discretion.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.

Cancellation requests received prior to dispatch may be considered at Goomti's sole discretion, and may result in:
A store credit note, or
An exchange

Delivery delays caused by third-party logistics or unforeseen events do not qualify as valid grounds for cancellation.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without prior notice.
